3. You can post one new number in every 24 hours. If there are more than one entries in a current day, then only first entry will be considered for that day. In this way, you can post 29 different numbers for the whole month.

4. The first person who posted the correct answer will be considered as winner. If No one guessed the correct answer then tlhe person posted the closest lower number will be considered as winner.
