Live At 9. This mouth-watering "
Main Course" recipe for Chili Chicken can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-4 people.
Recipe Ingredients
1/2 kg Chicken bones
250 gm Green chilies
1 cup Chicken stock
3-4 Talhaar chili
1-2 Leaves spring onion
1 tbsp Chopped garlic
1 tbsp Chopped ginger
1/2 tsp Crushed black pepper
2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
3 tbsp Soya sauce
2-3 tbsp Oil
to taste Salt
Recipe Method
In a pan heat oil 2-3 tbsp add 3-4 talhar chili slices and fry
then set aside. Now in the oil, add 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp of
finely chopped garlic and 1/2 kg chicken then simmer it for 2-3 minutes
on high flame. Now add 125 gm of sliced green chilies and simmer it for
2-1 minutes on high flame. Then add 3 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp chili
garlic sauce, 1 cup stalk, 1/2 tsp black pepper and salt to taste, cook
it on low flame. When mixture starts drying add fried talhar chili
slices and dish out. Garnished it with 1-2 spring onion stems and serve
it.
